Online orders are packed within 1 business day of being ordered.
All orders have a 10 day return period starting on the day that the package is delivered. If an item is returned within this period, the customer will receive a full refund minus shipping fees.
All SALE items are FINAL SALE and they’re not part of our return policy.
Theft of package is not covered once it is delivered to the address given by the customer. Any package/product that has been damaged in transit must be documented and images of product and package must be sent to us as proof; without these images we will not issue a replacement.
